His strength is building robust client relationships, understanding their unique challenges, and using his marketing and fundraising background to help them achieve their goals and provide excellent client service. Some of his strengths include integrated marketing and branding, direct response fundraising, including telemarketing, and digital campaigns.

Dawn Galasso
With nearly a decade in the nonprofit technology space, Dawn has worked in sales and management with a focus in SaaS companies dedicated to serving nonprofits. She currently serves as Vice President at GivingDNA and specializes in providing clients with the best and most innovative products available in the ever-changing philanthropy space. Dawn’s love of all things data has focused her attention on the best analytic technology in the market to help over one thousand clients. She specializes in building repeatable strategies for explosive pipeline and sales growth, as well as creating processes to maximize sales success. Dawn’s passion is in working with companies that are bringing new features or platforms to nonprofit clients to help them raise money to further their missions.

Jennifer Jones Ingram
Jennifer is the Senior Vice President, Digital Solutions at Wiland.  She works with current and prospective clients to assist them in leveraging Wiland’s digital solutions to reach larger audiences of donors who will respond to appeals and become high-value donors. She brings over 25 years of digital and direct marketing experience and is highly regarded as a thought leader in online fundraising. Her additionall experience includes senior positions with the Grizzard Communications Group (now One & All), CARE USA, Greenpeace, and The ASPCA where she led multichannel direct response fundraising programs. With her experience working for both nonprofits and service organizations, she brings valuable perspectives to Wiland’s nonprofit clients.
