Welcome!
AFP Golden Gate members work on a great range of missions and in organizations of all sizes—a rich mix of professionals. The Bay Area is one of the most robust nonprofit communities in the world. Meet your peers at AFP Golden Gate!

AFP Global recently presented AFP Golden Gate the 2020 Ten Star Gold Award for outstanding achievements and dedication to increasing professionalism within fundraising and public awareness of philanthropy, as well as the 2020 IDEA Champion designation for outstanding achievements and dedication to increasing inclusion by seeking, embracing and engaging diverse individuals, groups and organizations with a broad representation of experiences, perspectives, thoughts and cultures within the fundraising profession.
The AFP Golden Gate Chapter stands in solidarity with our Black community members against racism, acts of violence and discrimination. The time is now to come together to do the difficult work to ensure what “We the People” truly means to all of us. Our friends at CompassPoint Nonprofit Services have suggested some excellent resources for involvement and support (see below). We stand united in our commitment to make a difference today.
Thank you.

Victoria Silverman, AFP GG Chapter President
